Who we are
OneClickWebsite is operated by EDSDEV INC., Kanata, Ontario, Canada. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean EDSDEV INC., and “you” means the person or business that uses OneClickWebsite. You can reach us at [email protected].
The service
OneClickWebsite is a subscription service for agencies, freelancers, and website resellers. You use it to generate WordPress websites for local service businesses, and then to sell, host, and maintain those sites for your clients.
Accounts and Google sign-in
You sign up and sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for the activity in your workspace and for keeping access to your Google account secure.
Plans and billing
The current plans and prices are listed on the pricing page. Plans are billed monthly or annually, and annual billing charges 9 months for 12. The credits included in a plan reset at the start of each billing cycle, and unused credits do not roll over.
Prices are in US dollars and exclude tax. Stripe adds any sales tax that applies at checkout.
Credit top-ups add agent credits that expire at the end of the billing cycle in which you buy them.
On the Expert plan you can invite up to 5 team members, who share your workspace’s sites and credits. You are responsible for their activity in your workspace.
Refunds
If you ask within 14 days, we refund the first charge of your first plan. This refund is available once per customer, business, and payment method. It does not cover renewals, hosting, credit top-ups, or third-party fees.
Hosting
Hosting is a separate subscription for each site. A hosting subscription continues after you cancel your plan, until you cancel the hosting subscription itself.
Acceptable use
You may not use OneClickWebsite to break the law, to infringe the rights of others, or to interfere with the service or with other customers’ use of it. You are responsible for the content of the sites you create and for having the right to publish it.
Support
You can contact support through the chat on our website or by email at [email protected]. We aim to reply within 48 business hours.
Termination
You can stop using OneClickWebsite and cancel your plan at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
Liability
We provide OneClickWebsite as it is and as it is available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
Changes to these terms
When we change these terms, we update the date at the top of this page. If you keep using OneClickWebsite after a change, the new terms apply to you.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. A dispute that the parties do not settle in good faith within 30 days is resolved by arbitration in Singapore, conducted in English.
